• Your iOS version (Settings → General → About)
• The device model (e.g. iPhone 14, iPad mini)
• The app's language and theme when the issue happened
• What you were doing — Daily or Practice, which mode (Mini / Classic / Wide)

Common questions

How does Hard mode work?
In Hard mode, every revealed letter must be reused in your next guess. A correct letter has to stay in the same spot; a misplaced letter has to appear somewhere. The setting is per-game and you can turn it on for any mode.

Can I change the language?
Yes — in Settings → Language. Each language ships with its own keyboard layout (QWERTY for English, AZERTY for French, QWERTZ for German, QWERTY+Ñ for Spanish) and its own word list.

I missed yesterday's daily — can I play it now?
No. Daily puzzles are tied to the calendar day in your local time zone, and there is no archive of past dailies. Practice mode lets you play unlimited rolls of any mode whenever you like.

How do I mute the music or sound effects?
Tap the music or sound icon in the header on the Home screen. Settings → Audio also has separate toggles plus volume sliders.

How do I reset my stats?
Settings → Data → Reset stats. This is permanent — there's no cloud backup, so once you reset, the data is gone.
